Brecon also achieves a balance of quiet and friendly: Being far away from central campus, they don’t get a lot of party noise, but being so far away makes the residents bond. The laundry room, located in the basement, is one of the best 3 on campus, sporting a grand total of 8 washers and 8 dryers for a very small dorm. Even the freshman doubles are something to be desired. All the halls but fourth have beautiful wooden lining in the halls and spacious carpeted rooms. ![]() Pros: Brecon has some of the nicest rooms on campus. Brecon has had some very serious modifications over the years: It transitioned to replace an attic with spacious enough rooms for married couples, increased residential space by removing a breakfast hall, and ultimately made a dorm that was barely fit for high-schoolers to spacious rooms for undergraduates.Ĭommons Spaces: A common space on the first floor and fourth floor, plus tea pantries on all floors but second.
